7-Day Exchange & Replacement

Customers can request an exchange or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Damaged or broken
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item received

Charges for Exchange/Replacement

  • No extra cost will be charged for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • In other cases (e.g., change of mind), courier charges may apply.

How to Request

To initiate a request, please contact our support team and provide:

  • Your name and contact number
  • Order/Invoice number
  • Clear images or video of the product
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond promptly.

Return Process

  • Customers may be required to send the product to our official address.
  • After inspection and approval, the replacement will be dispatched within 7–10 working days.

Important Instructions (Glassware Items)

Due to the fragile nature of glassware:

  • Please record a video while opening the parcel
  • Clearly show any damage or breakage in the video
  • Claims for broken glassware without video proof may not be accepted

Conditions for Exchange/Replacement

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories and documents must be included
  • Used or damaged products (not due to delivery issue) are not eligible

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Change of mind after use
  • Damage caused by mishandling
  • Missing proof (images/video where required)
